I donate Tuesdays and Saturdays and every time I come in I see Sonya cheerful and ready work. She is quick and gets the line down with ease. She is super funny and even with conversation it never takes her too long to get you in and out of the booth. With accuracy and consistency she is a wonderful addition to Octapharma plasma. Super happy she is apart of the family
