RecommendedGreat center, even better staff. Highly recommend them. For just opening a few short weeks ago, the center flows more smoothly each time I go.
This center could use some help. Average donation takes 3+ hours for return donors. Staff seems distracted most of the time; and this leads to very long lines, bruising of arms, and on occasion bleeding from a faulty stick (this happens a LOT). Please get some training, and please pay attention to lines, and also donors at all times. Also, donors - please connect headphones for ALL electronic devices (this really should be common sense to everyone, but seems to have escaped a few). The physician sub, Gail, is beyond unprofessional and incompetent. She likes to have tantrums and power trips and treats clients like absolute garbage. Most of the staff here is pleasant, but her bad attitude is bad enough to overshadow anything positive about this place.
I donated plasma yesterday and they did not put my money on my card
They are not knowledgeable in the information that they you and some are very nice and some are rude.
