They are sooooooo slow. I could count 4 employees standing around in the front not doing anything. When there were 9 individuals waiting for physicals. I have gone to other plasma centers and this is the 2nd slowest I’ve ever gone to!
Donating period. Terrible Staff. very unorganized.
Recommendedif you need money and you pass all of their physicals for new do nor. it helps
RecommendedVery unprofessional. Staff is not organized at all. I am tired of simple visits lasting longer than 2 hours because of staff confusion and lack of speed. Would not recommend unless you are EXTREMELY desperate for money. expect to stay 2 to 3 hours every time you go there. People get skipped over all the time because they lose track of the order that people arrived. Sure enough, I knew something would go wrong tonight with my donation. it is been about 3 weeks to a month since I last visited octapharma. however, the last time I did visit Octapharma I was yet again humiliated and disrespected publicly. DAVINA, who wouldn't even give me her name, actually said aloud in the presence of employees and donors " you're gonna have 2 switch with me because me and this one (me) r butting heads".
