This place is great the entire staff is amazing, the facility is better than Grifols in my opinion and it is conveniently located right off Hampden and Sheridan. I have donated probably a couple dozen times. I had some blood spill on my shirt one time and they gave me a nice octopharm t-shirt even though it was my fault. There is one thing however that I will say needs attention its the rewards program specifically the express pass. When I went in to do my last donation I took the express pass with me.
