Tom V was punctual, attentive to my heater, and made me aware of what he did and the issue he found. I asked specifically for Tom since I am very comfortable with his personality and the service he provides.

Service call to repair a leaking pipe on my water heater was fast, next day, and well done. The water heater was installed slightly over a year ago by Oehlerts. Repair was done in copper pipe while the original installation was done in black pipe. original pipe appears to have been defective, which caused the early failure.
