As I noted in my other review, I had a scheduled HVAC Checkup with Patrick - and then an immediate follow-up service call with Dominic to install a new digital thermostat - The 2 customer review emails I received were both linked for Dominic -So, my other review was for Patrick - THIS REVIEW is for Dominic's service call to install a new digital thermostat.... I had a scheduled routine HVAC checkup with Patrick and also an immediate follow-up with Dominic to install a new Digital Thermostat - The 2 emails I received for posting a comment were only linked for Dominic.... Patrick is a great service man and did a great job while he was at my Royersford home. He was pleasant and explained everything to me.
We have always used Oehlert Bros. for our heating needs for over 45 years. So when we saw they did ductless air conditioners we went with them. Unit was installed by their technicians who were very professional. We are now enjoying a cool home! Highly recommend them for all your needs!
The company service was outstanding! There was extreme importance of the operation of my central air, which was not operable until the company responded to my call the next day. The work performed by Patrick repaired my central air. Patrick answered each question I asked related to the repair work he completed. The central air works great after the repair work was completed. I will recommend Oehlert Brothers to all individuals whom need such service or ask whom I’d recommend to perform this type of repairs.
Oehlert Brothers has been our go-to provider of heat and A/C since 1975. From our first home, to the home we lived in for almost 40 years, to our present downsized home, we have had exceptional service from Oehlert’s. This included sound advice, reliable service from excellent and knowledgeable technicians, and prompt attention during emergencies. We have never even considered another provider - you can’t top this Company’s integrity and professionalism.
Had an issue with the blower on the heater not shutting off when the air conditioner shut off. Rick verified that the relay was malfunctioning and replaced it. He was quick and efficient. Issue has been resolved.
Dominic did a great job working on the air conditioning issues. He was very knowledgeable and we felt he really wanted to solve our issues. Job well done, we highly recommend Dominic of Oehlerts.
I have been very happy with Oehlert Heating, their service has been exceptional, their service people know what they are doing. They are prompt and if they run into a problem at the call before you, they will call and let know when to expect them. TTom was just here for our seasonal cleaning and did a good job and very courteous.
