We had our basement waterproofed in June. ****** was our inspector to see what all needed to be done for the job. He was very professional and answered all our questions. They placed us on the bump list and were originally scheduled to have it done January 25, 2023. We received a call middle of June that they would be available to come out and do the job in the next 2 days. *** called the day before their arrival to make sure we were still on for the job. Everyone was great and very polite. Work space was cleaned up and everything put back in place. I would highly recommend this crew to anyone.
The overall experience was good. They arrived on time and seemed very organized. The ******* and crew were very polite, friendly & didnt hesitate when answering questions. They work very hard to complete the work in a weeks time and I hope they are paid well. ??
