****** crew finished up today. They were very polite, on time, and courteous. From the time that the sales representative came and explained everything to the finish of the project everyone has been very informative and polite and they did everything that the salesman said that they would do in a timely manner. I have waited a long time to get this basement problem fixed and Im excited that it finally is done. Thank you for a great job.

I would like to take the time to tell you how much I appreciated your crew lead by ************************** took the time to show us around and explained everything to us in great detail and explained how he was going to fix our problems and might I add the clean up was excellent me and my husband our excited to have out basement back if anyone else was to ask I would recommend Ohio state waterproofing to them and I would recommend ****** and his team well done thanks a million
From the salesman to the office personnel to the workers in the field. All were polite knowledgeable and kept me informed through the whole project. I am very pleased with the results. The day they finished, it rained all night and i woke up to a dry basement. Great job!!
