I have been using Ohio State Waterproofing for six years now. I have sump pumps that they installed as well as basement Waterproofed. As long as you keep up on your warranty that is only yearly you will sleep good at night. I've had no major issues. When my sump pump went out,they were right out and replaced it. We also have the spy pump (battery backup pump) ..great to have if you ever loose power.
This has been the worst experience we have ever had having work done on our home. We went from one damp basement corner to three damp walls and this is AFTER they sent a team for repairs THREE TIMES. The repair teams have been friendly however the basement is far worse than it was when we began this process.
It started with a lie.December 2022 I had to leave for a trip. Usually I'm the one making sure things are correct. Since I had to leave I ask the foreman of the job to send me updated photos of the work. My husband was there but he wasn't feeling well at the time.That never happened! But after reading my review (which I didn't think would get noticed), I received a phone call. I have had Ohio State Waterproofing for years and have recommended it to others! They do a great job in a timely manor! They also have a great warranty and are always willing to help! The office people have always been very nice also! The guys that come out to work on the basement have been professional and easy to work with.
Ohio State Waterproofing has proven to be exceptionally dependable since we moved into our home. I'm sincerely thankful to the previous owners for facilitating the transfer of the warranty, which gives us reassurance knowing we're protected against any potential waterproofing issues.
