WOW! Thanks to ********, I will be sleeping better on rainy nights! ******** came to my home to inspect an improper working primary sump pump ( original install by **** state water proofing). He discovered that the float was not working properly. So he replaced the pump, and connected my battery back up - all the time answering my many questions! ******** also ran several checks on the pump to assure proper running.All and all ******** was a hard working, polite, efficient and informed employee of O.S.W.Both he and ***** sho... read more
