We were quite impressed with ***** and ******** crew and their supervisor ****. They kept us informed each day - what was planned and what had been done - and completely addressed our every question. After the gentleman returned to our home, I felt more comfortable. I appreciated *******, the overall supervisor having his crew come to our home the same night to take care of our concerns. Additionally, ******* advised his team that I (*****) was the one who had to sign off on everything prior to the team leaving. I also appreciated the kindness and patience of *********. He was extremely kind and very, very patient with me without showing any annoyance.
The guys were great very professional. I would definitely recommend Ohio State waterproofing.
