OSWP did and excellent job. The crew was great and explained each step of the waterproofing process. The guys were very helpful when they ran into an issue that needed quick attention. The supervisor checked in on the progress daily and **** did an awesome job making sure the job and crew were professional and done in a timely manner. I would 100 percent recommend them for the job. The personnel on the ground were fantastic and highly professional. I appreciated the supervisors coming out daily to touch base with the crew and myself while the job was taking place. The only friction point was between what I thought I was sold and what work was actually taking place. The ******* on the job was accommodating and made sure I was happy with what work was to be done. If one was to need a basement repair I would recommend this company to them.
