Great service. Super easy, just drove up, stayed in the car and they take care of everything. Very professional and courteous and the place is spotless. Definitely my only choice for an oil change in the South Bay.

First of all, service coordinator Juan was fantastic! Greeted me by my name and kept me informed about everything. Oilstop has been my go to place for oil changes especially since I prefer to wait in the vehicle. Up until the time I had to pay, everything was great. I indicated prior to the service I had a competitor coupon but when I presented it to the manager he asked if I realized I was at Oilstop NOT Jiffy Lube. Amazing service! Juan and the Luis went above and beyond our expectations with an oil change and transmission service. We were lucky to arrive with no wait time and we were done in about 20 minutes! Thanks again!

Best auto-related experience I've had in the Southbay. I was hesitant to try another oil change location after being scammed by sheisters on Groupon who tried to up-charge me for the oil type my car required. Juan verified my oil filter was im stock when I called, and I was able to drive right in for my oil service 20m later. Juan did NOT try & up-sell me on the type of oil my car requires, nor did he try & foist any other products/services on me. I came by this Oil Stop because I did not want to wait for my appointment at the Pep Boys up the street. When I arrived at Oil Stop, the serviceman was super friendly. He even gave me a Diet Coke to drink while I waited. I felt grateful. However, right before starting the oil change, he said that replacing the oil filter for my car would cost an additional $10. Great place with great service! The one thing that annoyed me, however, was that the coupon on this page has been expired for 3 years. I think they should take it off of their page. We all know that it's annoying when you find out that a coupon that you get off of a store's website is expired. It also annoyed me that all the employees obviously knew it was expired but didn't tell me until checkout. The guy didn't even have to look at the coupon before saying that it's expired. Renew it or take it down.

These guys did it again. They made the oil change process really easy and relaxing. There was no heavy sales pitch for side services and everything was done quick and communicated clearly. I am always coming back here especially with the Yelp discount
