Raul and Marcus took me in last min 20 min till closing. Sit in the comfort of your car. Gentleman we're extremely professional. I would highly recommend them over Jiffy lube. Offered free drinks on the house. Oil change started at 59.00. found myself a new location. D/ C Jiffy Lube after a blown engine due to dripping oil.

Unbelievably good service! These guys keep you informed about what they're doing the whole time. They offer you free drinks and several different services along the way. The customer service is a team effort and I'm truly impressed. I will be back again.

Great customer service. Everyone here is very perisonalble, good quality work, & takes pride in their work. Work space is so clean & organized, & the way the team communicates you can tell they all have respect for each other. A little pricy but beats doing it myself.

I stopped by the Oilstop in San Jose off Saratoga Ave and once again, these folks absolutely crushed it. From the moment I pulled in, the entire team was friendly, professional, and on point--like a pit crew that actually enjoys what they do. Huge shoutout to Tarnell Pollard, who goes above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is set up for long-term success. I went to OilStop for the first time yesterday and I was thrilled! I drove to the back and a fellow guided me into the oil change spot. I never had to leave my car. They said I needed synthetic oil then looked up my car and said a blend was appropriate at a $40 savings. They did do a lot of upselling but were quite gracious when I said no. They told me my wipers were fine. I can't recommend them enough. I'm disabled and appreciated that I never had to leave my car.

I was in and out in under 20 minutes, they gave me a soda, and the guys working there are super nice and professional! I forgot I had a coupon to use but I'll be back here for my next oil change anyway.

Came in for an oil change on my old Honda Pilot, and they had me in and out in about 25 minutes. Got a synthetic blend put in after flushing out the old stuff, along with a new oil filter and air filter. The guys working on my vehicle were friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. I appreciated that. The service, along with the oil, flush, and the filters came out to about $130. A fair price these days. Not sure how much longer I'll have my old Pilot, but whatever vehicle I happen to be driving in the future I'll be bringing ... read more

Moses helped & assisted me on all my cars needs; very helpful young man! I needed transmission & motor fluid and he was very knowledgeable on all services needed for my Honda. Been coming here for years & will always come back even if i have to wait 30 minutes to get serviced. Thank you all for your time and service here :)!
