Came in for an oil change on my old Honda Pilot, and they had me in and out in about 25 minutes. Got a synthetic blend put in after flushing out the old stuff, along with a new oil filter and air filter. The guys working on my vehicle were friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. I appreciated that. The service, along with the oil, flush, and the filters came out to about $130. A fair price these days. Moses helped & assisted me on all my cars needs; very helpful young man! I needed transmission & motor fluid and he was very knowledgeable on all services needed for my Honda. First time customer here at the Costa Mesa Bristol shop. Was greeted by two very polite employees, Leo and Lorenzo. Lorenzo answered all my questions and explained their protocol. Leo did my oil change and did a great job. They were professional, efficient and expedient. I was on my way in about 20-ish minutes. Thank you so much, very impressive! Dang. These guys were really good. I was super impressed. The service was amazing. My oil change and air filter done super quick. The price was not bad w/ coupon. I was just impressed when they offered something as simple as water while I wait. Something as small as that made their service quality go way up.

Quality care and exceptional customer service. The staff were polite and knowledgeable. The manager extended me a courtesy due to my own misunderstanding when I purchased a Groupon deal. He didn't have to extend me courtesy but he did and thats the type of service that builds returning customers.

Called ahead to see if they carried the oil I was looking for. Agent who answered was very knowledgeable and I was excited to stop by after work. Price was great and service was beyond attentive to all my needs. A simple oil change felt like I was at a NASCAR pit stop. The crew introduces themselves and speaks with clear tone and description.
