The employees here need more help. I'm not being rude but they told me they gave limited employees and it was gonna take longer than normal. Other than that service was great. I don't like how they said in the paperwork but not to me I need a new Pcv valve. I know it is brand new. It's about a month old. Also they told me my cooling was at a good temperature rating but on the paperwork it said otherwise.
Very good experience here, Friendly staff, - Didn't take any extra time then necessary for my fluids change Didn't get pushy or bent out of shape cuz I didn't accept some of their recommendations, they just said "ok" and went on to finish the job Great Job - Keep up the good work
Pros: - Stay in the comfort of your own car during service. - Free beverage offered while you wait - Staff are friendly - Coupons are available on their website. - Coupon for free exterior-only car wash off-site. Cons: - Very slowwww for a drive thru oil change. Figure around 45 minutes per car for an oil change. If there are two cars ahead of you, you will probably be here for a couple of hours. - They do try to upsell unnecessary services, but aren't pushy. Got my oil change and a few other things done! Was in and out in less than 30 minutes. There was like 4 guys working on my car at once, they give you recommendations but aren't pushy if you say no. I'm definitely going here from now on! Also got a free car wash for the car wash place down the street.

The service I receive at Oilstop is superior to any oil change service I've ever used. Every single employee I've come across has been friendly, helpful, and never push. I appreciate the fact that customers are able to stay in their cars, are offered a beverage, and get to listen to the fun yelling happening during the service. Okay I always get my oil changed here! They have good prices and reliable service! I never feel bamboozled here like I do with other auto mechanics. They provide service with honesty and educate you on what's happening to your car. (Being a woman you get swindled so much with auto mechanics!) Tip: They offer drinks while you wait in your car. I've been bringing all my cars here for years. However after last weekend, never again. The tech working on my wifes car took off the transmission fluid bolt and didn't replace it properly. I had to go on a long drive later that day, and as a result, The fluid leaked out and damaged my Transmission and its now in the shop thanks to the technician's carelessness.
