Friendly and fast, great car wash. Best vacuums and they provide an air hose. What a great addition!
Showed up on a Wednesday 5 minutes before they opened at 8 am and received the last open bay (there are three bays). They didn't start on my car until 8:33. Nice folks but painfully understaffed. Just expect to wait. And the Wi-Fi didn't work.

I like to get there early, too, when I need service, and I can understand the frustration when you don’t get out quickly, particularly when you go to the trouble of showing up early. Great service. Almost too good. They up-sale you by doing a full fluid/engine bay inspection. They do say it's no pressure and that they don't make commissions off of any Upcharges. Other than that I'm satisfied
DO NOT GO HERE! the tech over tightened my drain plug on my oil pan stripping the bolt. the manager GUSTAVO assured me they would cover the damages then called later to say they would NOT cover any damages after scheduling a repair appointment. The General manager BENJAMIN ENNIS was extremely rude on the phone. This is the worst run oil stop I have ever been to. If I could give them less than one star I would. I will tell everyone I meet to never give this place their business.
First time at Oil Stop since they took over the former Fairway Lube location. The guys were very friendly and quick and did a great job on the service. But for Gods sake to the bosses of the company, QUIT trying to sell so many products and services on one trip! This is the kind of thing that turns me off. I don't fault your workers because clearly this is how YOU trained them. Great Costumer Service! When I entered the car wash line I was greeted with a big smile from Joey. He kept the line moving and gave me a car freshener. Car was sparkling. Great wash Great people.

Friendly and professional attitude from every person here at the Monrovia location. Always greeted with a beverage and manners. Christian H, Jackie, and Jose assisted me during my visit. They were patient and explained everything to me. Their teamwork was great to hear and even throw in some laughs with each other as they worked on my vehicle. The service was top notch. Andrei and Francisco were very respectful and not pushy with the upsell. They answered all the questions and explained the service they're about to do. Since you're in the car, you can actual see them do the work. They give you complimentary drinks, fill up your tires, oil on your door hinges, and wash your windows with the service. Overall, I had a great and smooth experience. I got the Synthetic 33 point service. The price is a bit premium but definitely worth it.
