This place is absolutely amazing! They will come out and greet you before you even turn off your car. They're extremely professional, courteous and polite. Their military-like style of communication between coworkers is very impressive. They even offer a complementary drinks while you are sitting in your car during the service. Yes, they do try and upsell you with additives along the way but it's not high pressure and we always politely decline. I still highly recommend.
Always great customer service! They're kind, always offer a beverage, not pushy on selling product and always handle my car with care. They put towels down so no oil/spills touch the vehicle. I'll continue to come here!
BEST SERVICE EVER! Not only are they insanely knowledgeable, you wait in your car through the whole service. The wait can be a little long BUT I got so much work done. Bring a phone or computer and the time flys by. I wouldn't want them to move quicker because they are taking thorough care of those getting their service. I'll be back!
Good quick oil change which includes a thorough inspection, toping off of fluids, etc. They keep you informed throughout the process (show you the dipstick etc.). Very entertaining banter between workers. They do try to sell you additional services and additives but you can just say "no thanks".
This place is terrific! Everyone is very nice. I went in Friday, it was hot but when it was my turn and I had to turn my motor off for the oil change, they put a hose with cool air in the back window so that I would be comfortable. This was not my first visit and it will not be my last. They always offer you a water or some other beverage they discuss with you your options for purchasing other products. I went in for an oil change on a whim, since my car was a bit overdue for one. I found the place on yelp and it had quite high reviews (plus a coupon!) so I decided to go with this one. The guys were very thorough with my oil change and fluid checks, and explained everything that needed attention along the way. Awesome, friendly, honest, and efficient service. I like that you don't have to leave your car, and that they communicate with you and show you what they're doing along the way. Although they make recommendations and have options for add-ons, they make it clear that they don't get paid commission for the things they recommend, and never pressure you into purchasing something you don't want. I was in desperate (like waaay overdue) need of an oil change. I was out and about, which isn't a frequent thing during COVID, and started yelping oil change places. Great service!! We drive from Marin to get our car serviced here. The attendants are highly professional, courteous, and thorough. They took care of every detail from the start, offered us free beverages, and free car war with any oil change. Cleaned the grease pan underneath it so it looked brand new!! This was a great experience and my car is thankful. Do not go to Valvoline- they pretended to put air in the tires and it was caught on camera. Oil stop is the way to go!!!
