Friendly, efficient, informative, not pushy, hospitable. I had the best time getting my oil changed. I got it done during my lunch break, it was so fast. I was treated fairly and was made aware of some small issues that "you don't have to take care of today" but they would check next time I came. I found my neighbor oil changing station and will be a regular from now on.
This was the best customer service I have ever had when getting my oil changed. They offered all the extras, but we're not pushy at all. So fast, kind, and polite!

Came here Friday morning for an oil change. I was all ready to go in about 30 minutes, and I also changed my air filters and wiper blade. They do offer lots of extra things along with the oil change, but they aren't pushy at all. Everyone was super friendly and it was kind of funny hearing them all talk to each other. Definitely the funnest oil change i've ever had.
Great service! Quick and efficient! Tomas and Jonny were so nice and made sure they informed me of everything going on. I appreciate that I never felt pressured to purchase any of the extra services they offered. They were a little more expensive than the place I usually go to, but they are more than worth it. I will definitely be back for my next service, thanks guys!
I came to check an engine light on my vehicle. I literally waited 1.5 hours and I was the third vehicle. if you plan on visiting this place plan at least a while afternoon to be waiting in your cat. I will not visit this place again!
They seem to do a decent job but they will try to sell you on everything. They came up to me at least 5 times to sell some other service. Also, it's pretty expensive. Not coming back.
This place is always top notch. Andrew and Ernesto make you and your vehicle feel like the most important in the Depot. They always ask about any additional treatments and make it 100% clear that there is no pressure. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get My HRV serviced.
Been going to Oilstop for years! (Not this particular location, but in general.) The convenience of staying in your vehicle, listening to the radio, reading, using their free WiFi to get work done while they work on your car is the way to go. They greet you and offer a complimentary beverage as soon as you drive into the spot they direct you to.
