Customer service is amazing! I got Jose and he was phenomenal; very polite and courteous. I also spoke over the phone with Edwin and he was very helpful when answering all of my questions. They also offered to check my AC nozzle even though it's not a service that they provide. Anthony was responsible for the main oil change and was very informative when explaining the different potential services that I could get done today. They also wiped down my windows. Very professional place!
I came her for an oil change because I had a coupon. If this is the case for you - I strongly suggest just saving your money. I sat in one of the bays with my car off in the 80 degree heat for over 45 mins before I stopped killing time on my phone and started trying to figure out why no one was paying attention to me.. someone finally noticed and got started on my car. Prompt, straight forward service. Showed me the air filter so I could see how dirty it was. Continuously updated me with what function was being performed. Offered me a cold water or soda which was appreciated. They located a leak from my transmission which ended up needing a service from the dealership. Greatly appreciated the attention to detail!! Will always bring the cars here from here on out.
O my gosh, TOP NOTCH customer service start to finish! I was absolutely blown away by my interactions with all of the staff from start to finish. I loved that I could drive through, felt very well taken care of, and really appreciated how they explained each aspect of the service. I was a first timer today, but am most DEFINITELY coming back.
They were pretty quick and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Like usual they do offer you a bunch of upsells and i found a couple of them useful. Overall very professional and efficient
My husband does all the oil changes for the cars but mine is just way too low for him to access so he did his research and asked me to take my car here and honestly, these guys didn't disappoint! All very professional staff and they explain everything as they go. No hidden fees! I appreciate the honesty and of course, the transparency! We will definitely be taking our vehicles here again!
Took my three vehicles in for oil change service last week. I have been going there since they started business. The last of the vehicles was my 30 foot RV, the guy who directed me into the bay was obviously inexperienced and didn't look at what was happening and I felt a bump but thought it was the uneven floor, he was looking nervous but didn't say anything.
