So they have three levels of car cleaning. We chose the highest or "best". What a sad disappointment. The rims were quickly wiped over (I came home and tested the dust left on the rim and it came off easy). Between the spokes they are filthy and i could write my initials in the break dust, it was definitely not stained! The vacuum is half ass'd it is beyond belief! The dirt on the carpet is still there. Always good service and a good job. The folks who work there make this a great place to have the car cleaned. And they like my dogs! Update: They've changed their canned music from oldies to obnoxious rap style, pounding, and shrieky music. I'd sit outside but there aren't enough seats in the shade. Maybe that's your style of music but it's not mine.

Lost my windshield wiper driving on the freeway. Stopped here and they replaced it with a much better one for the same price. I am going back to get another one to match. Very good quality.
This place is incredible! Juan Rangel, specifically is an angel from heaven. After our rental car reservation turned into a fiasco an he helped to transform our perspective! We came here for an oil change and he changed our hearts! We left with a big smile on our faces and extra refreshments! Thanks Juan and Oilstop!

These guys feel like the In N Out burger of oil changes. The employees are friendly, helpful, articulate. I like how the describe every service before they do it and ask for approval. They show you any old parts like filters. I got differential fluid changes and they showed me the color of the old fluid and new so I could see the difference. Colin in the manager. Nice guy. Paid for the full package! Then they had the nerve not even to touch the back of my 4 Runner. which is where i needed it the most.. I will never go back.. I paid for the full package and deserve better service ... if there was a problem not doing the back.. for whatever reason.. then I should have been told... sad sad... do not go to this place!! I will be looking for another one!
