I came to Monrovia early in this morning to steal my moms car while she was asleep to surprise her with an oil change. What originally made me want to come here was the convenience of it being a drive thru. I dread doing anything that has to do with car maintenance and this was the absolute best service I have ever had - just about anywhere. I called on Thursday just to get an idea of how long was the wait and the technician that answered the phone was honest and mentioned two other employees had called out sick and they were backed up, I explained that I'd understand and would come by the next day. No exaggeration, i came here two days ago and it was the best service I've received in my entire life. When I pulled up they were so welcoming and offered me a complimentary beverage, the list of options was full of variety. I was going to head to the gym after and i had my water bottle in hand so i did not take a beverage but it was so kind. This was personally first time coming to oilstop for my cars oil change. I usually go to a family owned place in Rancho Cucamonga but I was visiting my family near by and I needed it done BAD. My dad takes all of their cars here and I swung by. They guided me to drive my car in right away!! Absolutely no wait time for me which was awesome! I am currently here getting an oil change and I have got to say I am truly taken aback my the customer service. Everyone has been super pleasant, they give you a complimentary car wash and oil change. Everything and everyone was super professional. 10/10 recommend
Unbelievable bad service. Rude employees. Waited over1-1/2 hours for just an oil change. Employees had to take a lunch break. I told them I only wanted an oil change. The so called oil change was $181.60. I'll never stop at any Oilstops again. I can just imagine what they do when women show up.
It was an okay experience. Did I end up with my oil changed? Yes. But did it take just over an hour? Also yes. I've never had an oil change take more than 15, maayyybe 30 minutes. There is nothing special about my car (a subaru outback). I had a hungry toddler in the car and would never have come here if I'd known it would take so long.
