Got in and out pretty quickly, staff was very nice. I like how since they're working on your car with you in it they'll show you parts of your car that need replacing so you can see what should be done. They'll show you what a clean air filter looks like compared to yours, for instance. That being said they do upsell quite a bit. My $60ish oil change turned into $300 with all the extras. I needed lots of it but still.
Everything seems to be working. The whole staff is really young. It was a little shocking to see like 19 and 20 year olds only and no one older. Usually that means the working environment doesn't support staff longterm which always makes me nervous because I want to support good companies. They offered me a soda or water. They cleaned my windows. It was easy but I needed a synthetic oil change and it was $111 for just the basics. I'm not sure if I'll be back but it was easy.

Hi Gary, thank you for your reply. I submitted the summary of my experience on the Oilstop website address where I indicated the date of service APR 24 2021 and Work Order# O-0006-264536. I hope you find it in your records to show that I did indeed have my car serviced there. I normally do not submit reviews unless it is either very good or poor to the point it elicits comment . GREAT Oil change experience! As far as performing the oil change and the 33-point inspection, with a bonus Complimentary beverage service-1 while service being done while in you're car the whole time (drive thru-oil hangs) & 1 for the road. Though surprisingly, totally not their fault but their Free carwash as well as the Free 6th oil change rewards card that my coupon listed doesn't exist anymore because of the new ownership, they tried to partner up with them but refused to. I've been going here for years but that ended today. I pulled in at around 10:00 AM - all three bays were full but I was next in line. Someone came to offer me a drink but that was the extent of my contact. One hour later, only one of the three cars had left and it wasn't the one in front of me. When I asked about delay - all I got was "we are extremely busy - sorry". Top notch service! Since Saturn went out of business we have been using them for our oil change / service for 10 years on our VUE. Brought in the car today to make sure it's ready for our son to commute to school and they topped us off and sent us on our way! Honest, friendly and super clean! Thank you oil stop!
So brought my car here for the typical over priced oil change witch I was 100% okay with. They try the classic "oh hey the dealer recommended oil is the most expensive one" or pulls out the dip stick with out whipping it and says "looks like you are over the recommend about you might wanna get out engine cleaner for 14$$" once again I knew what I was walking into and they ask you a million questions to try to get you to spend more then what you planned. The service is great! You just drive in and they direct you to a bay. Offer you a coffee, soda, or water, answer a few questions and that's it! There is a tv screen that tells you it's okay to say no to any service offered. They also tell you they aren't on commission so you don't have to feel pressured to buy any of the upsell.
