I've been meaning to do an oil change, but wasn't sure where to go to during COVID. I loved that we stayed in our car and staff only touched and work on the exterior and hood of the car. I wanted to go somewhere that I could make an appointment with so that I didn't have to wait, but all of those places required staff to enter your car/leave your car with them. I'm getting my oil changed right now! Been coming here for years and they do a great job and are always very professional. Yeah, they try to upsell but a friendly "no thank you" and they move on with absolutely no pressure. Highly recommend!!
Super slow. I've been sitting in my car since 1pm. It is now 1:45pm. Meanwhile, 2 cars get done in a different bay. Update: it's 1:56pm and they are just getting started. But they sure as hell try sell every freaking additional service.

I have been a long time loyal customer in santa rosa. But deeply dissapointed in Rohnert Park. I don't get down there much, but that is the only place here with a car wash, so I made special effort to get there. I was informed there would be a 1 hour wait. (only 5 technitians avaiable, and 4 cars in front of me.) I asked if I could get my car wash first. I was told I would not be able to get my free car wash before the oil change, only after. When I was at oil stop (car wash) it completely stopped WHILE I was inside getting my car washed this was my first and last time coming here and I will not come back. If I can give ZERO stars I would. Did I mention I paid $14 dollars for the platinum wash

Wow wow wow! Hands down amazing customer service from the whole team. A special shout out to Christian, Ray and Juan though! Although there was a bit of a wait Christian was constantly checking in on me and asking if i needed a drink or anything to feel more comfortable. Ray and Juan walked me through the entire service and talked about exactly what they were doing to my vehicle. Wow this place has become disgusting. The smell is almost unbearable, and the entire inside of the wash as you go through is moldy and filthy. I wanted to vomit the smell was so bad. Worse, half of the components in the car wash seem broken. The last time, one whole side of the washing wheel just sat there not working. This time, the soap dispenser was clogged or something, and I watched the soap spray everywhere except for onto my car.
