I'm from Washington and visiting California. I really miss having these types of car wash services. They are thorough; efficient; and clean!
These guys feel like the In N Out burger of oil changes. The employees are friendly, helpful, articulate. I like how the describe every service before they do it and ask for approval. They show you any old parts like filters. I got differential fluid changes and they showed me the color of the old fluid and new so I could see the difference. Colin in the manager. Nice guy. Paid for the full package! Then they had the nerve not even to touch the back of my 4 Runner. which is where i needed it the most.. I will never go back.. I paid for the full package and deserve better service ... if there was a problem not doing the back.. for whatever reason.. then I should have been told... sad sad... do not go to this place!! I came to Monrovia early in this morning to steal my moms car while she was asleep to surprise her with an oil change. What originally made me want to come here was the convenience of it being a drive thru. I called on Thursday just to get an idea of how long was the wait and the technician that answered the phone was honest and mentioned two other employees had called out sick and they were backed up, I explained that I'd understand and would come by the next day. Friday morning I arrived and the technician comes to the window and asked what type of oil I was looking for, once I explain the make and model of the car he proceeded to tell me that they didn't have that type of oil and that I should return another day when they ha... read more

No exaggeration, i came here two days ago and it was the best service I've received in my entire life. When I pulled up they were so welcoming and offered me a complimentary beverage, the list of options was full of variety. I was going to head to the gym after and i had my water bottle in hand so i did not take a beverage but it was so kind. This was personally first time coming to oilstop for my cars oil change. I usually go to a family owned place in Rancho Cucamonga but I was visiting my family near by and I needed it done BAD. My dad takes all of their cars here and I swung by. They guided me to drive my car in right away!! Absolutely no wait time for me which was awesome!
