This place came highly recommended to me so I thought I would give it a try. First off they tell you they're not on commission so they won't try to sell you anything. But they will offer you something to drink as soon as you come in for your time in the car. I like sitting in my car as opposed to a waiting room. So does my dog. Ok so it's an oil change. But somehow this place was able to bring a top quality and enjoyable experience to this normally mundane activity. I heard about Oil Stop opening on the radio and then saw them listed as a local Chamber member, so I decided to give them a try. I would recommend them over any of the other oil change places that I have used. Getting in there service was quick and their staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. This place is great. Great service, nice car wash bonus, a/c into your car while you wait is great touch especially in SoCal. Only knock is that its pricey compared to others.

After reading all the countless reviews, I decided to give this place a try since my car was due for an oil change. Although it was my first time and I can only speak from having utilized their service once, I can agree with many others who are dedicated customers here. The level of convenience that they have for you here is top notch. As soon as you arrive, the workers are quick to pull you in to one of the station and have you wait before they get you started. my 7/10/21 visit. there must be new management as it was a different experience from previous visits. The service writer stated"the factory recommends a transmission service every 12 months or 12,000 miles." I called them out on that. The factory states "HARSH CONDITIONS 30-50,000 miles. Then the service writer restated "OILSTop recommends every 12 months or 12,000 miles" This is B.S. how many people have they "deceived" with this "RECOMMENDATION". Customer service is amazing! I got Jose and he was phenomenal; very polite and courteous. I also spoke over the phone with Edwin and he was very helpful when answering all of my questions. They also offered to check my AC nozzle even though it's not a service that they provide. Anthony was responsible for the main oil change and was very informative when explaining the different potential services that I could get done today. They also wiped down my windows. Very professional place!
