Update since last review. Staff were all wearing masks and were quite friendly. Offered me a free beverage. Were not too pushy about suggested items I needed. Free car wash is a bonus. Nice selection of greeting cards in their shop. Be sure to use coupon on Yelp!

Perfect place to get your oil changed! They break down the prices for you and answer any questions you have. They also offer you water and soda as you wait. I left with 3 cans of coke and a water bottle because When I asked if I could take one for my boy friend they didnt care.The wait time is not long at all and they do their job quick and efficient. Also thought I was going to have to pay like $100+ to get my oil change but I spent less than that and I even got the synthetic oil.

Brought my wife's Nissan for a transmission flush. Everyone knew their stuff. I would ask them questions(I already knew the answers when it came to my wife's car. They're very helpful. Will bring my car here to be serviced again. Oil stop team are amazing.

Went to Oilstop for the first time today for an oil change. Immediately, impressed with the customer service (free complimentary beverage) and organization of the place. Oil change took around 15 minutes after waiting for the 2 cars in front of me. I appreciated how the workers told me that they do not work off commission, so there is no pressure to purchase any extra products or services. In and out pretty quick. Friendly service. Never knew I could just sit in my car while getting an oil change :D Definitely a plus during the pandemic.

Would be a good place if they changed your oil filter with the oil change but they don't so the oil change is useless

Time for an oil change, I found myself pulling in at Oil Stop in Monrovia and was pleasantly greeted by service technician, Leonardo. This young man had such a pleasant personality, he had me smiling! He checked the oils in the car, etc., letting me know about windshield wipers, tires and other services, etc; there was no pressure for me to purchase anything. I have always driven down from Windsor to use this car wash. I will most likely not be using their services any longer. My car sat and dried in the sun while 2 or 3 other cars that came out afterward were taken care of before mine. In addition, there is now a scratch on the top of my trunk that was not there before. I have babied this car for almost 2 1/2 years, no door dings or scratches until now. I park way out in every parking lot in order to protect the car. I absolutely love you guys my boyfriends a mechanic but I still come here to get my oil changes. It's so pleasant, I actually enjoy coming in. You just drive up, sit in car while they change your oil, How easy is that ?! They even bring you complementary drinks while you wait. They literally had a Coca-Cola in my hand within the first minute I was there.
