Friendly service, nice staff, and when I had an issue with an oil change, the team was quick to make things right to my satisfaction + some. I'll definitely be a return customer.
I took my car here and am so happy I did! The Oilstop team is professional and courteous. They did a thorough inspection and made recommendations to keep my car running optimally without being too sales-y or pushy. They offer a range of different oils and made sure to address any concerns I had about my vehicle. They even offer a free car wash with oil change. Will definitely return!
Unfortunately I cannot bring my fleet to this OilStop any longer. My employee was navigating one of our large trucks out of their garage and clipped the side of the building due to the fact that you have to make a hard left turn out of the bay so you don't hit the cars being detailed. When I confronted them, they admit they don't spot you on the way out. You are on your own! $10k in damage and they just shrugged. Really pissed me off. I'll never be back. Not once, but twice did they tell me they can't do an oil change for my car. I showed up both times an hour and a half before close. What kind of business closes early and refuses services? Would never recommend this place.
Got my oil change before a long trip always a good experience. Free drinks are cool too. While waiting they ask questions about add ons but aren't pushy about it. Hotdogs next door at weinersxhnitsel lol Oh God I'm german american and I cant spell it, but anyway the snitzel is good after the oil change.
I might be overstating this but what more do you want for an oil change. I've been a dealership advocate with my cats wrongly assuming they do the beat work but my wife reminded me that most issues occurred at the dealerships including Honda(cross threaded drain plug in pan $500 repair),Lexus( forgot to install all fasteners for engine covers, Acura left oil smudges on hood, handle, oil cap and they didn't inform me of a large piece the oil cap was missing. Five stars is not enough. This place is great. The employees are so helpful and explain everything they are doing to the car. They are very professional and answer all of my questions. I love coming her and won't get my oil changed anywhere else.
If you are in hurry find another place for an oil change. They are very nice but very disorganize in who is working on your vehicle. This company use to be on top of their game. I pulled in and had 4 vehicles in front of my vehicle, 2 vehicle pulled behind me. Those 2 vehicle got finished and left. They use to clean windows, lube door latches & hinges, reset change oil light, show oil samples of other fluids, and check level of brake fluid etc. That never happened !!!
