This place is amazing! It's gotta be what getting your oil changed was like in the 50s. This was my second vehicle I brought here, and the service was just as great as the first time. Very professional, not pushing you to purchase anything, just offering what services and products they provide. The staff is courteous, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Every time I need an oil change in Tucson, I'm coming here. Best Oil Change experience I've ever had!
I use them for my oil changes between my major services. Yesterday, I noticed my tire was low and after stopping at two gas stations that both had broken the air pumps, I drove up to Oilstop to see if they'd be willing to top me off. Of course they were more than willing to assist and didn't even charge for the service. Before I drove out, they even offered me a drink. What wonderful service! Little things like that mean a lot.
Great service! Was in-and-out within 15 minutes. Also reasonably priced. By the time I pulled in and hayve I was already done and ready to go.
Currently waiting while my oil is getting changed. These guys are classy, respectful, & alway professional.
I love this place they always take good care of my car and are honest and they took me in at the last Min they were closed and they still took me in and they are all amazing people David. And Richard and I for got the other guys but they are great will be coming back always
Great business, super friendly and knowledgeable staff and thorough service. Not the cheapest oil change in town and you will experience a fair amount of "gentle" upselling but their $15 coupon helps mitigate the pain as does the included car wash.
I was in earlier this winter for an oil change on my 20+ yr Honda. It was cold out so I didn't want to keep my window rolled down, even though they asked me to. I insisted it was too cold out, so I'd open the door when they wanted to try to sell me more services and products. Plus secretly, I didn't want to have to hear them barking orders to each other. They were very friendly gentlemen brought me a compliment drink of my choice while I waited in my car they had me in and out in less than an hour. The only thing I don't like is the constant attempt to upsell items for your car that don't seem urgently necessary for the most part. However they helped by giving me an $18 discount from online that I didn't even have it all about. Overall I'll be returning. Effecient and quick works for me!
