Friendly, polite, efficient, professional. All you want in an oil change! James, Tony Charles & Gabe took good care of my car., seems an oil pan plug needed changing out, oh well. I was in and out in less than 15 min, works for me. Plus they offer a cool beverage or water! I will see these guys in 3,000 miles or sooner for a free top off if fluids! Convenient, clean, courteous!
They give you an AC tube and free drinks. You don't have to sit inside a lobby for like an hour. Just chill in the car. Pretty cool place.
George greeted me and gave me a cold bottle of water. He was nice and very thorough. Walked me through all the steps. Cory, the assistant manager did the service. He was friendly and also very thorough. They let you know what your car needs and if you don't want to have any other services done you don't have to. I always go to the Oilstop in Ashland, OR to get my oil changed and any other services my car needs done. I am not very car savvy but the guys at the shop always explain what every thing means and if it is good or bad haha. They are super friendly and always quick!! I highly recommend oilstop if you're in need of a quick and good serviced oil change!
The service was good and didn't take long. I bought the 33-point service, which includes oil change, and the usual top-off of fluids, tire pressure, lubed doors. Given it didn't take very long, I'm not sure what the 33 points entailed exactly. After I was done, I looked more closely at the comments on my bill and saw a notation next to "oil seals" that said, "leaking-exact source unknown." I have been here a few times and every single time every employee has been nice and attentive! They do a great job and very up front with any costs with out any pressure. High recommended!
If you don't want to change the oil yourself you come here or to the dealer plain and simple. Sure they try to sell you things. The owner would go under if they didn't sell things. Doesn't mean you have to buy them. If I'm in a hurry this is where I go.
