Went for a regular oil change and they tried to sell me some coolants which were not needed. My car was new and only had 11000 miles, but they tried to sell me some coolants which need to be used after 50000 miles. Total rip off. Always go to oil companies like Valvoline , cauz they don't try to upsell

I'm sad not going back even though I had to because they forgot my mat and collector cup so I had to return to pick them up for. $100 not worth the trip
This is the only place I take my car for an oil change. The guys are all extremely polite, friendly and professional. The complimentary beverage is a plus! Yes, they do try to sell you many products or services while working on your car but I have never felt pressured to buy anything I couldn't afford. The guys explain every step of their work so you know what is being done to your car. They also clean your windows, lubricate your door hinges and inflate your tires!
They're very nice guys but inefficient. They lost 10 customers while I was waiting in line. They also stand around a lot while people are waiting. Took an hour and a half to get my oil changed. They did a lousy job on the windows and didn't check the cabin filter. The Petaluma one is much better.
Great place to get your oil changed. They are very nice and helpful. I like the complimentary beverage and the free carwash. The location is very convenient and the hours are great.
Very wonderful, professional customer service. It is a drive-through, therefore, you sit in the car while the service is completed. Tyler was my rep and he was very professional, respectful and kindly asked for a. Beverage while I waited. Daniel them served my car and explained in detail the inspections done in my car. Cheapest, quickest, most attentive oil change in town. They try to upsell you on certain things but with no pressure and are very respectful when you say no.
I think I've written maybe 3 Yelp reviews in my life, but this business deserves a shout-out. Drove up yesterday, a bay was available, was asked if I wanted something to drink, and then they started the oil change. Not only were these two men incredibly friendly, but they were sort of a fun show as they worked together calling out the check points and results to each other. This place comes highly recommended by locals and did not disappoint! The basic wash with I interior made my car like new. The was was free with my oil change - which was a remarkably pleasant experienced! My favorite thing is that they give you a free drink while you are getting your oil changed! Ben was wonderful!
