Service is very fast, friendly and polite. They offer you additional services and tell you up front that there's no pressure you to buy them. If you're thirsty, they offer a free beverage while you wait for them to service your car. They also clean your front and rear windshields for free :) Would definitely recommend
Brought my car in day before yesterday. They told me what line to wait in and I would be "Next", well, I was last! I complained to one of the workers, and he told me, "You are first after that car in front of you". I could only do the 33 point oil change when I brought my car in, and when I called to ask what the cost would be to bring it back in and complete the service they said I needed, they could not give me the info unless I gave them my license plate numbers, which I don't know off hand. Polite and helpful. They even gave me a soda while I waited. The price was good. They do recommend upgrades so it's a good idea to be aware of what service your car's manufacturer recommends for your time/milage so that you can decide if you want the additional service or not. Some people might feel that their recommending additional service is being pushy but I'm okay with it because I've had a few cars fail because a service didn't get done that should have been done. I stopped to have my car washed and asked the Hispanic lady if they would clean my wheels get the brake dust off she said if I get the $32.99 wash it would clean I said are you sure I ask specifically about the wheels again she said yes I go to get car wheels filthy she then go ride and said I do nothing for you leave I think they need to put someone that understands English won't be going back I want a whole clean car for $32.99 not part it looks like a clown clean car dirty wheels after complaining finally got cleaned you ... read more

This place treated us like absolute royalty. They offered complimentary drinks, gave us air conditioning while our car had to be off, cleaned our windows, oiled our doors, and we got a free car wash to be used within 30 days. They explained everything before preforming and checked on us multiple times during. Would 10/10 recommend!
Fernando and his team has the oil change process on lock down. It appears Amir is new, but the way he is responding to the group he his built to be a grease monkey (definitely a compliment!). Great service, very professional and provide examples of fluids that could be changed. I will be back great service!
Oil stop in Santa Rosa is outstanding! They know my car, keep records, have great service and I think the pricing is fair. I'm sitting here right now. I love my Jeep and they take great care of it!
