One of our company trucks needed an oil change and they have the ability to accommodate tall trucks and have used this chain of oil changers before. The staff was efficient and courteous and explained all options available for an oil change and the other services they offer. The free beverage while they work on your vehicle is a nice touch. Horrible! Brought in my new car for a nice clean to keep it looking top notch, but came out with deep scratches! Nothing but excuses and now I have to go get an estimate on what it will cost to fix the damage. Interior: not even thoroughly vacuumed. Major overspray left on leather, spots everywhere. The actual wash job was also terrible. There were still bugs on the bumper. If I'm paying $70 for you to wash and detail my car, I expect it to be wash and detailed. Customer service, non existent.

This is the first honest oil change place I found and I don't think I'll find a better one. They offered a beverage as soon as I pulled up and the associate was very good at explaining everything that they found and what options I had. The service was quick and they even replaced some new wipers that I had sitting in my trunk. Mind you they don't get paid for that but they still did it. Excellent service!
WOW! First off I'd like to thank Angel,Robert,Victor and Piranvich for their amazing service! This was my first time coming to Oil Stop. They close at 6pm and I came 20min before they closed. I drove right in and they gave me a friendly welcome and asked if I wanted something to drink. I stayed in the car while they worked on it and they informed me of everything they were doing. My husband and I had our alternator belt break the night before going here. We were far from home, and came in at 8:00am after staying the night in Santa Rosa. The staff was so helpful, we didn't get over-charged and the change was quick. Three months later and everything is still running well. Thanks Randy!
These guys did a great job! Very thorough with helpful and pleasant staff. Price was reasonable with the yelp $10.00 off coupon! Plus they fill your tires and top off the fluids on the car and you get a free car wAsh. My only negative comment is it took a while to get it done for a pull through oil change. I think I was there for 45 min to 1.00 hour, granted there was a little bit of line and was one car in front of me.
Quick, good service, i like myfree drink and they do a good job. Very good. I recommend them for all families and friends.
