10/22/16 had my Fiat500 in for service.. the guy(s) that helped me were amazing!!! Always a happy customer when there.... they listen and have the right answers and don't push products if you don't want them!!! A repeat customer....
Very professional people here. There was a short wait for an oil change but somebody immediately came over and offered me a drink. I'd never been here, so they explained that they don't get commission and would only recommend things they though I needed (and I believe them, because they told me my transmission fluid looks great for a car that has as high a mileage as mine does). They also asked if I had a preference for tire pressure. Comes with a coupon for a free car wash, although I was in a rush so I didn't use it.
Great service here! I never noticed it off the freeway until my boyfriend recommended this place. Quick and friendly service and they even offer a free beverage! I liked that they were polite and were not pushy with the services. I'll definitely be coming back to this place for an oil change.
This place has the best customer service. The young men actually listen to what I say and move around this place with confidence with what they know. Very professional and most of them very young. Super courteous and keep smiling with eye contact. Thanks guys.
This is my first time at this oil change. I was very surprised and happy to find out that they are not paid a commission for selling, rather upselling products that I don't need. They still offer you all of the products, but it's nice to know that they are not paid a commission rather are just paid for their time. They give you a free soda which is nice. I have been told that they give you a free car wash, but I haven't yet got to that point at the service.
Beyond impressed. I never knew my car could look so good! It's been a mess and neglected for years, took it in for an interior clean and I can't believe my eyes! Great attention to detail and so far above expectation!

They are awesome here! I've been a few times and each time the customer service is way above average and all the guys are nice. They are also very detailed and go out of their way to please the customer. Will always go back.
We bought the least expensive wash and they did a terrific job of cleaning our car inside and out. Even took the time to remove sticky labels on the interior of the windows. Highly recommend this car wash!
I had a different experience than most of the posters on here. I have to start by saying I don't think these guys did anything illegal or unethical. I had stopped by on a different day and got the quote of $44.95 for a basic oil change. After coming back, I paid $70 for a basic oil change. I'm still not quite sure how that happened.
