Always friendly and easy to get an oil change. I wish they were open later :) but you do get a free car wash with the service
I never thought I'd write a review on an oil change shop but after today I had too! In and out in just under 25 minutes!! Oil changed, oiled my automatic sliding doors, changed all my filters, topped off my wiper fluid, cleaned all my windows, filled my tires, and gave me a free beverage to boot! Customer service was EXCELLENT! Absolutely NO pressure for "add-on" items. They asked, I said no to a few options, and that was that. It's the place I trust to bring my cars to, friendly staff, great service , fast repairing, BOB the owner always nice and helpful, today I had my car fixed and it was hard to me to find a ride , he promptly offered his help and he gave me ride to my house, thanks BOB you and your team deserve more than 5 stars
I had a very negative experience with both Josh and his father Shelby Silverman. Their customer service was a horrid attitude of arrogance. Me and my fiancé bought two vehicles from them. An '05 Ford explorer and '07 Mazda S3. We dealt with Josh throughout the buying process but as soon as we started to have problems I found out his dad actually sold me the Ford so I would have to talk to one about one car and the other about the other car and they were never in the office at the same time. I have been taking my 2007 GMC Yukon XL Denali here for awhile and usually get great service. I got an oil change done on 12/22/2016 before coming down to Riverside for Christmas. We drove down on 12/23/2016 at night. The next morning I get up to find oil dripping from the underside of my vehicle. I moved it to the street so no more oil dropped down on my father-in-laws driveway. Looking under the vehicle it looks to be either the oil drain plug or the oil filter with the leak. When I rolled in here forty minutes ago, there were four cars in front of me. We moved forward one car after 5 minutes. They came and told me 45 to 60 minute wait. But I'm still sitting here waiting behind three cars... a different guy just came and said it would be about an hour. They opened a new line and filled it with cars that have been waiting less time than I have. The manager came out and said the delay was due to staff incompetence in servicing an audi. My visit started off with a 30 minute wait. Service took over an hour and they didn't complete the 33 point check even though the items they skipped were marked complete such as lubricating the locks and hinges (they only did one door), cleaning the windshield and rear window(they didn't clean the windshield), battery acid levels and terminal checks were not done even when I expressed concern about my battery. These guys are so pleasant and informative it's almost shocking. They explain everything and have a really nice attitude. Plus they are environmentally friendly and socially conscious. Highly recommended!
Excellent experience. The employees are extremely polite, professional and not pushy at all. The space is well organized and clean for an vehicle service facility. They offer free water/soda which is really nice, and they keep you informed of everything that they are doing. Very transparent business...the employees seem very happy to be there.
