DO NOT RISK YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! Oilstop used to be my go-to for oil changes because of the convenience, but after last time I will never be returning. I payed for an oil change with the included wash as well as a serpentine belt change, but since they didn't have the belt in stock, (even though I had already payed for it to be installed) I had to leave my vehicle behind while they got the part from pepboys. I liked how quick and easy this was. The staff offered a lot of services, but I did not feel pressured. I simply said "no, thank you" or "not today" and that was that. They were friendly and efficient. I hate taking my car in for oil changes, because it's usually hard for me to find the time. I was in and out quickly, which was exactly what I was hoping for. I will definitely be back.
What a pleasant surprise. I felt like I had been rolled into a hospital emergency room for my car. 5 or 6 courteous men surrounded my car and asked all kinds of questions. They did try to sell me services, but were never rude when I said no. My simple oil change took 20 minutes. I was very impressed that all service men were well groomed and VERY polite. I wouldn't hesitate giving Oilstop a positive recommendation.
Went for a car wash and wanted some special attention to certain areas because I have a 165 pound Mastiff that loves drooling in the backseat. They said even the most expensive regular wash wouldn't cover that so I would need the $80 wash. I figured I'd go for it since I hadn't had my car detailed in a while. There aren't many car wash choices in Petaluma-you have the one on Petaluma Boulevard which used to be my first pick, until the line became hours long, the job they did was average and the prices were raised. Then you have the one on Lakeville which used to be only a do it yourself place, but now they've added people to do the washing for you. Haven't been there since. And then you have this place! Super duper customer service!! The technicians here are so polite. They offered me a free drink while I waited. Yeah they try to up-sell a lot of additive fluids and services, but they are all optional and didn't push the issue. They did notice my AC belt was cracked, which our mechanic had noted previously, and since it was 102 outside I figured it'd be worth it to have Oil Stop take care of it. I would absolutely go there again.

Just had my first oil change there. Super fast and efficient - they told me it might be an hour, but I was out in half that time!!! Love that I get a free beverage while I wait. Clean bathrooms. Love the free car wash after an oil change!!! Will be back for sure
