I have gone here for years, but the last time I went I had a terrible experience. I was next in line and their service technician was doing other things on my car, like lubricating my locks and hinges and checking my tire pressure. In the process of doing this the guy broke my valve stem on my tire leaving me with a flat tire. They put on the spare tire and told me I had to drive to Les Schwab down the street to have my tire repaired. You had trusted your car to our technicians since 2009, and we are saddened by the fact that you have elected to not return to Oilstop.
Brought my brand new truck in for a complete service...they forced the transfer case bolt in crooked and now it can't be undone with out breaking it to change the oil in the case. Stay away from this place!!!!
They are such nice guys very helpful and fast.we didnt have to get out of our truck they offered us drinks (coffee water soda ) and welcomed us with a smile very inviting. They let me know and showed me things I needed done and got in there and did such a great job.I got an oil change and transmission flush done Alfredo and fernando and steve did our work and I couldnt be happier. they even gave me a coupon for a free car wash. We have been taking our car there forever, and it was always good until today. We asked for the platinum wash at $31.99 and our car was not vacuumed at all, outside by the rear was dirty. Underneath the handles were dirty as well. Upon them saying the car was done it looked fine we didn't inspect it as we've always had a great experience. Came by to see why my check engine light was on, they originally quoted 15-20 min wait to get to my car which I was totally OK with since I drove up about 30 min before they closed and they had a car in each service bay. I pulled my car behind one of the cars in a service bay, I was asked if I wanted a beverage and almost immediately I was helped. Been there 3 times all for the car wash. The best I've found in town by far, but not perfect. 1) My first time there, we had to request for them to go back over the outside with their towels because there was still dirt all around the painted areas at the bottom of the doors and above the wheel wells. Great friendly service, a young man immediately asked if I needed anything and genuinely smiled the whole time. They made sure i knew exactly what was being done and they would show me the new filter before putting it in. They also offered me additional service but did not press the matter when I declined. I will definitely return here.
Did the job nicely. Did try upswell you quite a bit. But what do you expect? They did a great job and lubricated my Squeeky doors even free of charge. Broom broom!
We just had our oil changed at the OilStop in Ashland and had a wonderful experience. Jacob and Chris helped us and were extremely professional and courteous! We will definitely return and recommend to others. Happy New Year!
