I am shocked about this place! I'm from San Diego, California and I got to say wow! I've never gotten great customer service in my life! First time getting an oil change at this place, as I drive thru employees introduce themselves, offers you a drink while you wait, checks the car if any maintenance needed. They sure know what they're doing! I got to say it was worth it, better than going to "Walmart Auto Care Center". Just an update. I take each of my three vehicles in about once a month for cleaning. These guys are simply the best in Santa Fe. From time to time I'm a little disappointed in the interior windshield cleaning but otherwise great service.

My first experience here was great, the 3 since have been painfully long. 2nd time I waited for 30 minutes and was never acknowledged a car pulled up long after me and was greeted and pulled into the stall before anyone even said hi to me; after waiting over a half hour I left without service. 3rd time I waiting over 40 minutes and by the time they pulled me in their was down and they couldn't service anyone. This place is a no brainer for me! Beverages right away! Constant communication with prompt and polite comments from the service staff! 50 bucks and 30 minutes~includes a free car wash right down the street! One word~SOLD!

I LOVE these guys! Randy is the mechanic, very nice man. Entire staff very polite, kind, and great vibe. I have had belts changed there for 25% what I was quoted elsewhere, smog checks, and tuneups. I had some expensive work done on my car in my hometown, only to have the car overheat (original problem) within 100 miles. I called hometown mechanic asking what to do. Poor cleaning of wheels for detailing on paint this is just a cheap drive-through car wash for fifty bucks

Carlos and crew were awesome. I've been going to all of the different oil stop locations and have never had a bad experience. Every business should take lessons in customer service from this business. I highly recommend using them for your auto service needs.

I went there to have a car wash. Not only did I have a noise coming from the fans. Brian the "manager" owner son looked at it. We drove off to the Audi garage. On the way I realized that the rear view mirror was tilted. I barely touched it and it fell off. We came back to show it to the "manager" he denied any responsibility. I left a message to his father Dave. He called back and let me explain. This business and the workers are all amazing! The service is wonderful. They offer you water and soda and communicate with you the whole time. I have been going to them for close to four years and they have always made me feel like family. My clunker of a car has died there, my bumper has fallen off, and I fill up my tires multiple times a month and they are never hesitant to help. I highly recommend this business. A bonus is you get to sit in your car the whole time!
