Beware, it will take you no less than 45 minutes to get out of this oil change joint. And that was with just one car ahead of me. That is just way too long. In addition, they made me back up and change bays in the middle of my check-up. An oil change pit stop should take no longer than 20 minutes and you shouldn't have to be shifting and maneuvering your car around the different bays of the shop.
