I love drive through oil changes. I don't know what these other yelpers are talking about it taking too long...have you ever changed your own oil? Did it ever take less than half an hour? I don't think so. I got there at 11:10, was offered a tasty beverage (coffee, water, or soda) I said no thanks. Then they started working. They offered me some extra stuff but since I am a poor person I can only afford the minimal oil change. They show you everything along the way. I love this place! They give you soda pop while you wait in your car to get all your engine junk changed & cleaned. They are ALWAYS super courteous & operate w/a "no pressure" service... They also keep track of what services your car last received & they also give you handy info cards so you can learn about what they're doing down there under the hood. I've been bringing my car there for years... (too bad there isn't one more centrally located) :(

Beware, it will take you no less than 45 minutes to get out of this oil change joint. And that was with just one car ahead of me. That is just way too long. In addition, they made me back up and change bays in the middle of my check-up. An oil change pit stop should take no longer than 20 minutes and you shouldn't have to be shifting and maneuvering your car around the different bays of the shop. Typically, I would not Yelp some random generic oil change shop in the middle of Santa Rosa, but this was just too irritating.
