Insanely overpriced. $200 for an oil change is highway robbery. Techs did a serviceable job, but tried to upsell me about 6 different products before everything was finished.

Beware. I have taken my 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan here for its last three oil changes. It has yet to drive 50K miles, and I drive it locally 90% of the time. This place has been suggesting that I change the oil in my car every three months, and since I don't know much about cars, I have just been going with it. Today, having the oil changed every three months was a little excessive, especially knowing that my car does not get driven in excess. I have been here 4x since they changed hands. Most times no problems changing my oil. A bit expensive (I own a diesel) - but I think they do a good job and are extremely organized. I used to work for an oil change place and with the volume they do - theres bound to be a one-off problem. I had one here- but Griffin made it right and did not dispute it when I showed the issue to him. They try to sell a lot of add-ons - but just go in knowing what you do and don't need. Friendly staff and great management! I don't know if it was the business owner or the store manager, but he helped stop the oil leakage on my car and topped the oil for free. I came to this place after American Tire Depot in Rye Canyon Rd. screwed up the oil change service on my car and they didn't show any intention of rectifying the issue. I am definitely coming back here for my next oil change and the next.

Most thorough oil change experience I've ever enjoyed. Prices are higher than average oil change spots but the additional fee is earned, not simply charged. Christian, Anthony & everyone else (totaling at least 4 workers) gave me courteous, professional A+ service from start to finish (NO disrespect to other staff who serviced my car but I'm very bad with remembering names) They do try to upsell you but NEVER aggressively so, inform you every action they take, show you current fluid levels, air filter, inflate tires, lean wi... read more

I returned Oil Stop after not visiting for two years because in the past, their staff were very annoying in how they presented additional, optional products. Now, their teams are better trained. They have an easygoing dialogue with you and oblige comfortably when they hear that you're on a budget. With that aside, it's a pleasant more down to earthy experience. The service here is amazing. It's a full team effort by their staff to get you in and out as quickly as possible. They do try and up-sell you on a lot of stuff, so beware about that. Overall I was very impressed on the efficiency and friendliness of the staff, I highly recommend going here for your next oil change. PS, they offer a complimentary beverage while you are waiting which is a very nice touch. I will be back every time I need the service. Thank you oilstop!
