If you ever need excellent and custom feel service, go to this Oil Stop! We needed an oil change for our RV during a cross country trip - Juvey and Jarin provided this excellent service with communication and patience throughout the service. Appreciate them. Great value!

I normally only review places where I eat, since that's my area of expertise, but I wanted to shout-out to Oilstop Drive Thru Oil Change today. I took my wife's car in for routine service, mainly because she hates what she feels as pressure to buy extra products and services when she does it. I hate it too, but I had no such experience at Oilstop. I absolutely love this place!! After my experience today, I refuse to go anywhere else for the rest of my life. Cheap prices, real people, and top tier quality. The service was beyond stellar! They have such a genuine sense of humor and kept me smiling the whole time. They offered me drinks while I wait and stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process. Went in today in between appointments and the service provider Heder was very mindful of my time crunch. He was able to change my oil within 10 minutes in an efficient professional way. He did offer us drinks for the road which was very nice!

Would have given 5 stars. All personnel and service was great. I normally change my own oil but time never permitted on this oil change so I decided to try the new oil stop in Monrovia. Everything explained through out the process and even got a complimentary water and cab filter. But the reason for a low rating was due to my skid plate not being properly installed. Due to this, I was driving on the freeway at 70 mph and caused me to turn off into the emergency lane. Sad to say but my aluminum skid plate is toast. Kept remin... read more

I stopped by the Cleveland Avenue Oilstop yesterday to have the oil changed in my vehicle. Technician Eric checked me in within minutes of my arrival and offered me a complimentary beverage while I waited with my vehicle. He was very polite and professional, as were the other technicians who assisted with the service of my vehicle. The other technicians were Juan and Anthony. After a summer of hauling and few trips across the state I wanted a transmission fluid change. I called this business and they said that they do perform that service so I went there. Didn't know there was one closer to me but maybe next time. When the weather gets warmer in spring I may crawl under the truck and do the filter as well. I consider the time they took to get it right and complimentary beverage offer while I waited for them to do their work. If you have 3 hours of you day to waste and are looking for the worst service in town then this is the place for you. I have been going to Oilstop on North Sunrise for the last several years and always pleased. I saw this one open up and since it's so close I thought I would go there. Biggest mistake!!!! I pulled in an there was only 1 car in front of me so cool, should be fairly quick......WRONG!!! Waited an hour and 15 minutes to pull to the bay. Insanely overpriced. $200 for an oil change is highway robbery. Techs did a serviceable job, but tried to upsell me about 6 different products before everything was finished.
