Some months after having all my fluids replaced and a new air filter installed, I was getting service at a different shop and they discovered the air filter cover slightly ajar, allowing air to bypass the filter. And one of the two clamps holding it together was broken off and found laying beneath the filter housing. Even if the clamp was already broken (which I'm pretty sure it was not), they should have informed me and not just jammed the new filter in and leave the cover ajar with no clamp. Came here for an oil change. There are 3 lines, I was behind ONE car being serviced. They did NOT direct me to the fastest line. So 2 people who arrived later got to leave way earlier. I waited over 1.5hrs for them to complete the oil change. I'm not sure who is saying these guys are fast.. - They were NOT fast in my experience.
This is more like selling products than oil change. I came to change my oil only and the guy selling me many products.

Incredible service! We had two people come around to help us to get our tire pressure checked. They completed the service for free, asked how we were doing, and offered us a cold beverage. They were extremely kind. Although we only got a free service done, this type of customer service will have us coming back for the foreseeable future!!
Absolutely professional service and communication. Mainly had an oil change service for my auto. Service writer and mechanics were very informative of all services they offer. They were not pushy like some of the other competitors auto service businesses. Prices are very fair plus they show you exactly and talk you through what they are preforming on your auto. Service was completed in a timely manner.
From the welcoming to the exit everything went so smooth, it felt like I was part of a customer service video of how experiences should be Nevis it was so perfect no complaints I will be back smh recommend other ride share drivers. Five star review specifically for Jasmar who demonstrated exceptional customer service. He was able to succintly describe their different packages without any pressured upselling. I thought something may have flown off my car during the wash and Jasmar immediately offered to check inside the tunnels to look for them. I drive from far to come back to these folks. Wish they were everywhere! They are so kind and efficient. The service is better than most restaurants lol. They give you (free) water, coffee or Coca Cola. Best place for the girlies! You just stay in your car while they do everything which is the best part. They also oil your door hinge and fill up your tires if they need it all included. 10/10 recommend
