The staff was very friendly, but the amount of service that I received was less than I expected for a standard oil change.
Great service. Victoria was very experienced. She has a very calming way about her and is very respectful. She explained everything and always asked permission to do anything. They did offer upgrades if wanted. Great experience

I was disappointed in the wait time but pleased that once I said no to any up sale attempts the attendant still kept the smile on her face.
Arrived to Victoria directing me into the garage with accurate hand signals and precise location directions. Next she greeted me in a friendly and open way, explained she was like oil change crew chief and Josh would be assisting in my service. Throughout the service everything was explained well, extra services offered but never pushed on me. I had a Groupon which they took with no hassle and even helped me get it to show on my phone. It took a minute, but they went in order of who arrived keeping track of the the three different bays. Everyone was extremely nice.
