They will not let you out of the car during the oil change. Offered too many extra add-ons and had a few extra fees.

First time at this location and they are excellent. Everyone is knowledgeable and kind. Every Oilstop I've gone to is like this. A brand, I believe is trustworthy; which is basically impossible to find these days.

Gave this as a gift. She had a great experience and all the extras that came with the oil change made her day. I sure wish I would’ve purchased this deal for me. I went somewhere else and was not impressed as much as my daughter. I will definitely be coming for my next oil change. Great Job! I love that my daughter (single mom) was treated so nice. Thanks

The staff was very friendly, but the amount of service that I received was less than I expected for a standard oil change.

Great service. Victoria was very experienced. She has a very calming way about her and is very respectful. She explained everything and always asked permission to do anything. They did offer upgrades if wanted. Great experience
