The oil change service was good, and the staff are transparent about everything they’re doing. There is a lot of upselling, par for the course. I would give a higher rating, but when I got home afterwards, I opened the hood and noticed that the cap to my wiper fluid reservoir was off. I’m just glad it wasn’t any other cap or a drain plug. Double check every cap and drain plug after your visit.

Service was awesome, just like everyone said. But beware if you get the full synthetic oil change. It does NOT include the filter required so you’ll have to pay extra for that. On top of that there are fees. Of course they don’t tell you this till they’re done.

They were very nice....took a bit longer then expected...offered a cold drink and of course there were the upsetting....biggest irritation was charges above and beyond Groupon.....ALL GROUPONS.. NEED ..TO ....INCLUDE.. ALL....CHARGES....NO MORE ADD ONS. !!!!!

When in to have my oil changed and have my transmission serviced. They almost put the wrong oil in i pId for synthetic. But watched him pour reg sea. 30 in the container. I stopped him just as he was about to pour it in needless to say iWaited 2 hours just to find out they didn't have the proper equipment to service my transmission. What a waste of time it took 2 and a half hours.

I had been to this location before and all went great. Today, not so much. After waiting nearly an hour for them to serve the 2 cars in front of me, I was greeted by a coughing girl who clearly should not have been at work. After several attempts to simply get my customer information, she appeared to give up, all the while periodically coughing and spitting on the ground for all to see. This place is really shady! They seemed nice in the beginning, waited in line for almost an hour. Then when we came in he said I will need To pay additionally 25$! Tried upselling me everything they have. When they were done he said additional 25$ which came Down to 50$ on top of the 50$ i paid to Groupon. I was blown away way, I said WHattttt, he said I should have explained sorry.

Took FOREVER. My car takes 5w-20 and they put in 5-w30. Constantly trying to upsell. Told them I didn't want to donate to fire relief and they still added it to the bill. Charge $6 extra for a "paper" filter. Charged $12 for Extra quarts of oil over the 5 quarts in the group. Even without all the add-ons I turned down I paid an extra $36 on top of the Groupon. Very disappointed

Bad experience, first and last time I go to this place, they charged me more than what it was worth. I complained but they did not accept a $40 coupon to cover an expense of $80. In the end they only deducted $23.99. So I paid for the coupon 40 plus 107.77 in the Shop, a total of 147.77.

Just like what the other reviews said, it’s a gimmick. I wish I would’ve read the reviews. They ended up charging me extra after the Groupon for random stuff like oil disposal and having a 4 wheel drive. I didn’t consent to anything extra. I ended up paying the cost of a normal oil change at jiffy lube. No wonder why I was the only person there. Also the whole time they try to sell you stuff
