be prepared to pay an additional fee for the store to dispose of your oil. 15 is what they charged me but it depends on how much oil they dispose. my car has a smaller engine and i was informed it was a qt low and i still paid an additional $15, so expect to pay even more. staff were nice service was fast. don’t appreciate the surprise fees after politely declining 15 or more pitched upgrades
I'm pretty sure they pad their prices. Because even though I paid for a discount through Groupon on an oil change. Cost of Groupon was around $55.00, and granted I did ok some product @ $13.99 and $19.99,+ $4.00 for environmental crap. It should have cost around $40.00. They charged me $67.85. So that oil change costmore than if I wouldn't have bought a Groupon!!!!!

They charged me an extra $30 on top of the groupon for more quarts of oil, but didn’t tell me they were adding extra oil.
The service was attentive, but I was frustrated by persistent upselling of unnecessary services, which I declined. Despite using a Groupon coupon for a synthetic blend oil change, I was unexpectedly charged an additional $25. The lack of transparency with pricing is disappointing and misleading.
Well, I thought I was getting a good deal so I drove clear out to west valley to get a good deal and I ended up spending double the amount of money than my Groupon originally said. I thought I was paying $40.00, and left paying over $80 total!. They don’t tell you about the hidden fees! I could’ve just paid regular price and went somewhere else. At least I got a free drink.
Everything is an up charge, the coupon is for S40 on an $80 oil change. They up the fee to $84.99. Reducing the discount.
Purchased a full synthetic and received a synthetic blend. My car requires full synthetic so they lessened the performance and protection of my higher mileage vehicle and took away the value of the Groupon that I paid for by giving me the cheaper service. When I called them back to let them know they never called me back to discuss their error!
The staff were extremely friendly but they attempted to upsell me an unreasonable amount of times. My main problem was that after presenting my Groupon the service person stated that I had a remaining balance for the service fees which I found to be odd. The company should include the total amount including all fees within the Groupon as to not mislead customers.
