HRS has really taken the stress away from being a landlord. We recently had an incident of people vandalizing our property and HSR was upfront about what happened and how much it would cost to be fixed. I really appreciate their honesty and haste to fix the problems to keep our renters happy. Infact, my husband and I are so pleased with their services that we are now considering purchasing a second property for them to manage. So glad we found them! Thank you HRS for taking care of us.
When we were about to move almost everywhere wanted the first months full rent plus full deposit up front. OKC home realty let us pay the deposit and pet deposit over time.. but then the house we moved into had one thing after another break or need fixing. They sent specialists out for various things very quickly and all of them have done a great job. I was skeptical about renting through a property management company but this one does right by its tenants!
Friendly staff. Quick response time to any issues.
My Mom and I have been renting for 1 year plus and They are very good about repairing stuff that is broken or relaxing it if it’s necessary
