RecommendedOKC Realty has managed my rental home properties for many years. They are excellent at communicating and taking responsibility to repair issues that arise as well as finding new renters. I have been living in my home since May of this year. Had a job and lost it due to COVID-19. Income was hit an miss and was never late in my rent. I made every possible way to make it for this month. They could take responsibility for repairs caused by an old tree that they were warned about that was rotten. To me if a tree on their property damages a neighbors property, the person in charge of the tree that caused the damage should be responsible.
My roommate and I are both gainfully employed and were never late on rent and left the home in good condition. The home was maintained in crappiest, biggest shortcut way possible. When we moved in, the property managers said they would fix a fence that was falling down but they never did during the 12 months we lived there. It took them 8 months to fix up a rotting shed on the property. Grace, thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry that you so frustrated with the service. In the last sentence of your review you suggest that we own the property. That is not the case. We manage the property on someone else's behalf. We have to get permission from the owner to make improvements on the property. So, for example, you requested that the garage, which needed to repainted or sided, be repainted. The owner had us collect many bids before deciding to have it sided.
