I believe it's the maintenance staff that makes a management company shine. The maintenance staff is well trained in all phases and experienced in dealing with residents on a one on one basis. Yes the people in the office are great also.

Scott and his team are exceptional! I went through two property mamnagers before joining their team. Ive been with them over five years now and would highly recomened them. They are honest and reqally try their best to take care of your property and tenant.
They are very quick to respond to any sort of problems that may occur, such as plumbing and electrical. In most situations, a repairman was in touch with us by phone or in person the next day after we reported our problem to OKC Realty Service. They also send you a receipt each month letting you know they received your rent payment. You never need to wonder!
Love this property management! They treat you like family. Highly recommend this team to anyone looking to rent or need help renting their property.
