I've been with old republic for at least 10 years. On occasion there's problems, but they're handled promptly. The problems I have encountered have been with the service providers they've hired and they're willing to change providers if it becomes an issue. They're all pretty easy to work with and have pretty good customer service too.

All of the issues with the refrigerator and disposal have been taken care of. Had to get a new refrigerator and disposal. Old Republic Home Protection took care of both items. Both service technicians were great. Thank you for taking care of my issues.
