We have had Old Republic for several years and they have ALWAYS honored their commitments and facilitated and monitored speedy service. We have always been completely satisfied. Their customer service is excellent as well. On a side note, we recently moved into a new home and our realtor told us that the only home warranty company they will accept for mortgage/closing terms is Old Republic. Old Republic is reliable and customer-focused.

This is definitely a good warranty company. They cover just about anything you'd need and they respond very quickly and work with good contractors. I do think realtors would appreciate referring this company to their buyers and sellers because of how well they respond to customers.
