I have a warranty with Old Republic as a new home owner and so far so good. Two different service providers told me they deal with only a few warranty companies and Old Republic is one of them. Old Republic provides prompt service when I need it. One time I was given a service provider but was not able to contact the provider to schedule an appointment. One of our breakers went out in our Electric box. We called Old Republic, and they had someone out the next day. It took 5 minutes to fix, and the gentleman was so polite and friendly.

***** with **************** Maintenance came out to represent Old Republic. He did a thorough check of the A/C, found a leak and fixed it plus a couple of minor items to fix. The system has been working fine since, he did not suggest more or additional repairs and didn't try to sell anything. We are quite pleased.

Many home protection services find excuses not to provide services for your home. Not Old Republic. In the many years that I've used Old Republic, they were always so accommodating to our service requests. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a good home protection company.

Another pleasant experience when we needed it! I've been with ORHP through Two houses (owned at the same time and when the first home turned into a rental home 900 miles away they were a Godsend. A few years later they finally began offering warranties in the state our other house was located and I immediately signed up.
